Booking cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the booking terms communicated to the guest at the time of confirmation.

Guests should contact Shri Mahakaleshwar Bhakti Nivas as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated before or at the time of booking confirmation.

If a refundable booking is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, the eligible refund will be processed according to the booking terms.

Non-refundable bookings, if specifically offered and clearly identified at the time of booking, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund processing time may depend on the original payment method and payment service provider.

If a booking is cancelled by the property due to circumstances within the property’s control, the guest will be informed about the available refund or alternative arrangement.
